One of the fundamentals truths about parenthood is that it radically changes your life and if it hasn’t done so in a positive way, then I hate to declare you’re probably doing it wrong. Other than being financially stable, I don’t think there’s any type of initiation that can fully prepare you for when the baby arrives. Not that I was immature to begin with when we found out we were expecting our first child, but during the moments when I have time to self-analyze how far my wife and I have come with now 2 beautiful children, I’d be lying if I told you I haven’t change. In fact, I’m writing about this because I couldn’t help nod in approval multiple times as I read Johnson’s account about how much being a father has change him.
