Finding the right tools is only the beginning…tools are fantastic but without commitment they risk being left on a shelf to gather dust.

Clever advise from Aaron Mahnke. I purchased the Nikon D90 a few days after it had been introduced which means I paid full-price for it yet I never had any regrets on investing in it because it’s a tool that I use nonstop. As committed as I am about having a dSLR as my main camera, it’s not the first recommendation I make to friends when they ask for my opinion on what they should get. dSLRs are great but only if you use it and not because you’ll gain bragging rights for saying you own it.
