At times it’s hard to fight the temptation to just dump a lot of photos here on Flickr all at once but I always feel like posting at a slower pace gives images more time to breath and be noticed. I get a better feel for what people are enjoying this way.

John Carey of Fiftyfootshadows on sharing his work. I practice the exact same method when uploading anything to Flickr. If a photograph doesn’t resonate with me, then it generally stays in the Lightroom catalog. Just because your digital camera gives you the freedom to upload everything easily, it doesn’t mean you have to and when you do, you’ll notice people will appreciate them more when you do it at a slower pace.
