Street Smoker in Chinatown

It was early in the day so at this point I had not photographed enough to have compiled a decent amount of portraits to show people when asked what I was doing.  In anticipation of this, I tried collecting a few of my favorite street portraits, load them on the SD card and essentially be able to preview them on the D90. In theory it sounded like a great idea to me but I had no luck getting it to work. I even tried making sure that the file structure was the same way the D90 renders them. In the end, I’m not sure if this is at all possible. In the mean time, I typically have my iPhone loaded with the type of work I go out to shoot so that way I have something to show to anyone.

The gentleman smoking was aware of my presence and yet he was gracious enough to allow me to take a few shots. The chuckle he gave after showing him what I had captured was the icing to everything.
