The Tourist

Somewhere I read that it’s estimated that at least 25 million people visit New York City’s Central Park every year and anytime you go, the flow of tourist will be unquestionably constant.

As a native New Yorker, I’ve probably visited the park 5 times in my life and the feeling that people from all over the world come here to be delighted by a place that most natives won’t even ever visit is mind-boggling.

Call me eccentric but today I pleasure in seeing tourist go photography crazy at Central Park. I rode around for 3hrs and the enjoyment on their faces was reminicent of the surreal experience I had when my wife and behaved the same in front of The Louvre in Paris.

Photograph was taken inside the tunnel near the Bethesda Terrace.
