Everyone deals with traveling on airplanes differently and quite honestly, I feel for the people that experience immense fear with the mere thought of cruising at such a high an altitude. I thank might natural inquisitiveness and photographic impulse for not over thinking the sight below and being driven more by the sights that I’ll rejoice over upon arriving at my destination.
I took this photograph as we left JFK heading to Paris for a 7-day vacation onboard Air France. It’s natural instinct for some to pull out the camera and “click” especially during the takeoff process. As you know airplane windows always have two glasses and the glare can sometimes affect how you take the photograph and yet other times you can make it work in your favor.
